I just saw the top 20 NYT Cooking Recipes (as voted upon) for 2015. I took a quick scan through the recipes and posted the link to facebook and tagged my friend Jolene - a fellow foodie and all around adventurer. She came back with a challenge to make every recipe - one a week - and so it's on! What a fun thing to do for the next 20 weeks...
She suggested that we alternate picking recipes and offered me first pick. I went immediately to two chicken dishes that caught my eye.
